Holding your date

A deposit of 25% of your rental locks in your date. Until then, a request is just a request, so nobody loses a date they thought was theirs.

Paying your balance

The remaining 75% is due 30 days before your event. That is all we ask ahead of the day, so the last month is about your celebration, not paperwork.

The security deposit

Separate from your booking, a security deposit covers the space itself. You can leave $300 in cash or keep a card on file, whichever is easier for you.

Getting your security deposit back

As long as the space is left in the same condition it was in when you arrived, cash comes right back to you after your event, and a card on file is simply never charged.

We confirm all of this with you in writing when we lock in your date, so nothing is a surprise.

Rather not think about cleanup at all? Add cleaning to your booking ($100 for the Studio, $150 for the Suite) and leave the space to us.
